3. How can I be sure the Carbon Offsetting will be done properly?
Our Carbon Offsetting activity is managed by Greening Australia. They have over 25 years of industry experience in creating sustainable environmental outcomes and guarantees you the following when it comes to our carbon offsetting service;
- All plantings will take place in Australia.
- All carbon offsetting projects will be part of large scale landscape transformation projects to effect carbon reductions, including planting of Australian native trees as part of biodiversity enhancement, salinity abatement, water quality improvement and habitat restoration.
- The carbon offsetting activity will meet the Australian Government Greenhouse FriendlyTM standard, the criteria of the Kyoto Protocol, will be independently audited and is guaranteed for 100 years.
